Printing

Q: What will my personalization of lines be printed on?

A: Your design will be printed directly onto the Aluminum water bottle in full color. For the Acrylic Tumbler it will be color imprinted on a "wrap" sheet which is placed between the inner & outer walls. The inherent nature of the printing process may render slight color variations.
Q: Can I edit the photos on the two beverage items?

A: No, these have been approved by the University, Organization or Group for this use.

Entering Your Personalization

Q: What characters are acceptable?

A: Each line has a max. of 20 characters. Only English Alphanumerical characters accepted. Type will be ARIAL FONT, 14pt. size, and Bold. Your design will appear on the drink ware exactly as it appears on the website. You have 3 lines maximum to be used, but you do not heave to use all of them.

Q: How do I add text to my design?

A: Click the "text" box on the right on each line and start typing.

Q: If I don't fill in the entire area, what will the blank, unused areas be?

A: All writing will be centered on the line. Blank areas will be white on your customized wrap or white from the color of the water bottle. You will be able to see all white areas on the 3D tumbler preview to the right of the canvas. You cannot change the size, font or placement of this writing. You can do up to 3 lines, but don't have to use all 3.

Q: What if I made an error in submission or I don't like the final product?

A: You are responsible for entereing correctly the informaiton you want imprinted. Due to the customized nature of this product, these items cannot be returned or refunded.

Q: Can I edit my personalization after I upload it?

A: No. Once you have uploaded ti, theimage will go into a queue and be prepared for printing.

Q: Will everything I enter be reproduced exactly as entered and shown?

A: We cannot guarantee each personaliation will be accepted as they may contain copyrights or trademarks of third parties that neither you nor we have the legal right to use. Alternatively, the proposed they may contain material that we or our Partners consider inappropriate or simply do not want to place on our products. In rare circumstance, if your Personalization is rejected, your job will be canceled and you will be notified via email. We reserve the right to cancel any orders after they have been submitted.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Better World Brands and its affiliated companies and the directors, officers, employees, and agents of each of them, from and against any and all claims, liability, losses, damages, suits, fees, judgments, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) which we may suffer or incur arising out of or in connection with any claim that (i) our use of the Custom Design or any portion thereof infringes or violates any patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark, or other third party intellectual property right or (ii) Your use of the product infringes or violates any patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark, or other third party intellectual property right. Such indemnification specifically includes payment of attorney fees and costs incurred by Better World Brands, with the law firm chosen to defend such claim being selected by Better World Brands in Better World Brands' sole discretion, in the defense of such a claim, as well as the payment of any settlement judgment, award, appeal or interest payment in the resolution of such claim. This indemnity is in addition to all other remedies available under the law as interpreted and applied according to the laws of the State of New Jersey. Better World Brands respects the intellectual property rights of others, and we ask users to do the same.

Q: How do I know if my content is copyrighted or considered inappropriate by Better World Brands?

A: Here are some helpful hints to determine your design will glide through our review process:

◦No use of trademarks, names or logos of companies/brands that are not your own outside of the University listed. If you use a copyrighted/trademarked name or logo, you must have permission from the owner.
◦No use of names, logos or other intellectual property of musical artists/groups.
◦No use of names, logos or other intellectual property of sports teams, colleges, clubs or organizations outside of the University listed. If you use a copyrighted/trademarked name or logo, you must have permission from the owner.
◦No potentially suggestive, offensive, adult or explicit content.
General Care

Q: What is the best way to preserve my drink ware

A: To avoid premature fading of your drink ware, it is recommended that this product be hand washed only, mild detergent. Avoid leaving them in direct sunlight.
