Who is Better World Brands?
Better World Brands is a strategic alliance between Nouveautes, Inc. and One Cup Connection. Nouveautes, Inc. established in 1992, supports the Premium, Incentive and Loyalty industries by representing the top gourmet brands in the world. In addition, Nouveautes, Inc. also had a chocolate manufacturing operation and a related bakery operation. As a result of these relationships, we formed BetterWorldBrands to offer these products to the general consumer. All product fulfillment comes out of our USDA inspected facility, located in Fairfield, NJ, 15 miles west of Times Square, NYC. We can be reached at 973 882 8850, 9 am – 5 pm Eastern Time.

What happens when you place an order?
Upon receipt of your order on our Merchant Website, you will automatically get an email confirmation to the e-mail address you provided listing your order information including our Better World Brands Order Number.  Please print this out and retain as the Order Number should be used if you need to communicate with us. Once the item is shipped, a second email will be sent to the same e-mail providing the tracking information [number and click through link for tracing]  Depending upon the destination we use FedEx Ground [lower 48 states] and US Postal System Parcel Post [presently not available for AK, HI and PR].

How and when will your Credit Card be charged, is my information safe?
When the order is placed, the Shipping and Handling charge will automatically be added and your credit card is charged automatically by PayPal™.  Sales Tax is only added on NJ residents and NJ shipments.  Better World Brands never sees any credit card information.  The resulting charge on your Credit Card Statements will say “BETTERWORLD”. 

How does Shipping & Handling [S&H] work with your order?
All items are shipped F.O.B. Fairfield, NJ via FedEx® Ground to locations in the Continental US (Lower 48 states) only. Shipping and handling charges aredifferent for different items and are referenced on each item page. . Other items in the same order are shipped for free when added in as part of the initial order.
We can ship to Dorm Room, apartments or business locations. Most universities have a single location for incoming shipments for on-campus students and will notify the student upon arrival. For Off-campus and apartments, where one is not home for most hours, we suggest shipping to a commercial location where the items can be signed for if possible-otherwise FedEx will leave the package or a delivery notice on the door. It is your responsibility to provide a good and valid delivery address –please confirm this before entering. Shipments are not allowed to PO, APO, or FPO box addresses. Many physical location zip codes are different from P.O. Box Zip Codes. Please double-check for accuracy!
Your shipment will be shipped within 5-7 business days via FedEx Ground, and should arrive 2-7 business days afterwards. You will receive another e-mail when shipped, giving you the FedEx tracking number and tracking information, allowing your recipient to know approximately when it will arrive.

How does the University or Organization benefit from your order?
A percentage of each sale is donated back to the University or Organization as a thank you on your behalf. 

What if there is damage or something doesn’t work correctly?
If your shipment arrives damaged in transit, please notify us immediately via e-mail at info@betterworldbrands.com    Should there be a problem with the operation of your Keurig® Coffee Maker, there is an Owner’s Manual included inside the box that explains the operation and warranty and lists a toll-free number for returns.

How is your Customer Information Shared?
We do not sell, rent or distribute you personal information to any other company.  We do not receive any credit card information as explained above.  Information supplied during the order [e.g. Delivery and Bill To information like name, address, etc.] is used for shipping and tracking confirmation.  As part of our pledge to work with these Universities and Organizations, we may provide some of the information so that they may properly thank you.
